Book-Entry Treasury Bond Over-the-Counter Transaction
Product Description Book-entry treasury bonds are sold to the investor, deposited and settled through the designated commercial banks’ outlets. Commercial banks are market maker of book-entry treasury bonds. They will quote a price for such bonds according to the interest rate of treasure bonds, market interest rate, and the supply and demand of treasury bonds. The investors shall purchase or sell the bonds according to the offer so as to get returns on investment. |
