In November 2011, the Investment Banking Division of CCB Singapore Branch successfully listed TA
Corporation Ltd.

Based in Singapore, the Group is principally engaged in: (i) the development and sale of residential and
other types of properties; and (ii) the construction business.

CCB Singapore Branch was the sole Issue Manager, Joint Underwriter and Joint Placement Agent for the
IPO.
