In August 2008, the Investment Banking Division of CCB Singapore Branch successfully listed Zhongguo Pengjie Fabrics Limited, a manufacturer based in Shandong Province, the People's Republic of China
(PRC), specialising in the production of yarns, mainly combed cotton yarns, and loom-state fabrics. The
Group's products are sold mainly in the PRC and are used by apparel manufacturers, as well as dyeing or
printing companies serving various apparel manufacturers.

CCB Singapore Branch was the Manager, Underwriter and Placement Agent for the IPO.
