Power Group Limited, a books and specialized products printing group serving the international market.
The Company’s corporate office is located in Hong Kong and its manufacturing facilities are located in He
Yuan, Guangdong Province, PRC.

The initial public offering (the “IPO”) received strong institutional and retail interest and was 35.8 times
over-subscribed based on the total offering size of 32.0 million shares.

CCB Singapore Branch was the Manager, Underwriter and Placement Agent for the IPO.
