In February 2006, the Investment Banking Division of CCB Singapore Branch successfully listed Luzhou Bio-Chem Technology Limited, a leading corn refiner and producer of corn sweeteners in the PRC. Its
Head Office is based in Shandong with manufacturing facilities located in major corn producing areas in
Liaoning, Shaanxi and Henan.

Luzhou's initial public offering (IPO) was well received by the investors with many institutional investors
subscribing for its shares.

CCB Singapore Branch was the Manager, Underwriter and Placement Agent for the IPO. The IPO
of Luzhou Bio-Chem Technology Limited represents the second listing on the SGX sponsored by CCB
Singapore Branch.
