Notice : Implementation of Fraud Countermeasures for Corporate Internet Banking

Dear Valued Customers,

 

As an additional security measure to keep your accounts safe, effective 30 June 2024, we are introducing the below features:


• Cooling-off period will start once activation of the Corporate Internet Banking or user performs password reset. It will be ended after a 12-hour period. During this period, user is able to perform account inquiry only. Whereas user with master’s rights (System Administrator) can still manage the user’s rights via management tab. For your security purposes, this cooling-off period cannot be terminated.
• Kill-Switch is a self-service security feature that protect the funds from online fraud and enhances the online banking security. It is available on the Corporate Internet Banking login page.
• Fraud helpline at 03-2160 1999 will be launched for any urgent Kill-Switch, reporting of lost token and deactivate the Internet Banking access. For any fund recovery due to online Fraud/Scam, you may dial this number for further assistance.
