China Construction Bank Corporation Labuan Branch (“the Branch”) would like to
state that the press coverage on the first block chain based bond (“the Bond”)
is as follows:

1. the Branch is NOT the issuer of the Bond. 
2. the role of the Branch is as the Lead Arranger, Listing Advisor of the Bond, 
and the Facility Agent to facilitate clearing and settlement of the Bond in USDs.  
3. the Branch does NOT accept cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin for settlement 
in any of its banking transactions.
