tenant’s external consultant team. The below offices of us will temporarily close for disinfection
exercise with effective from 23 October 2020 to 29 October 2020 or to a later date deemed necessary:

We have developed the necessary procedures for maintaining business continuity banking services
and despite the temporary office closure, our relationship managers remain contactable and you are
still able to perform banking operations through our internet banking. We will monitor the situation
closely and will provide details of the office re-opening via CCBM’s website.
