Imposed Fees and Charges for transaction Over the Counter (OTC) Notice
Dear Valued Customers,
Effective 1st May 2020, there will be standard fees and charges imposed for payment transactions made over-the-counter (OTC). However, fees and charges will automatically be waived when transfer and payment for MYR transactions perform via Internet Banking Platform.
This Campaign shall commence immediately until 28th February 2021 (“Campaign Period”) or such other period(s) which shall be determined by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion. This Campaign is open to all new and existing CCB Malaysia customers.
The standard fees and charges stipulated are as per following table:
