1. Introduction

 The Regional Training Hub of China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“CCBM RTHub” or “The Hub”) was established with the aim to implement the strategic deployment of deepening the integration of production and education, accelerate the development of modern vocational education as well as explore modern financial vocational education that integrates production, education, research and application.  It’s not only a centre for vocational and industrial learning by CCB employees; it also serves as a platform for the Bank to contribute to a broader society, particularly on talent development and knowledge sharing, in the region. 
 With the advancement of science and technology, the Hub will integrate domestic and foreign cooperative colleges, teachers, teaching materials, courses, lectures, training and research results and other resources under one roof using both online and offline channels in order to create a learning ecosystem of interconnection, mutual use and sharing, and make learning and development a core force for incubating innovation and leading the future development of enterprises.

2. Programme

 The Hub organises training programmes, workshops, seminars and webinars based on the learning needs of CCB employees, topical development of interest for discussions, and talent development requirements in the region.  Driving “academia-industry” integration is an important agenda, and thus, will form a strong basis for the design of the content and conduct of the events. 
 In particular, most of the events will be organised in collaboration with the CCB University, higher learning centres, banking interest groups, financial regulators and industry players to facilitate learning from different expert groups and exposure to diverse spectrums.  Industry site visits, where feasible, will also be incorporated to form part of the learning events.
