China Construction Bank Corporation, headquartered in Beijing and formerly known as China Construction Bank established in October 1954, is a leading large-scale joint stock commercial bank in Mainland China. The Bank has been listed on Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Exchange respectively since 2005 and 2007.
