On May 18, China Central Television has held a charity concert called "Contributions of Love" and the donation in the televised gala is over 1.5 billion Yuan.  25 staff from China Construction Bank, the bank designated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and Red Cross Society of China,  have been working round-the –clock to sort out and count and record the cash and material donations.

Only the cash donation itself amounts to 19.31 million RMB upon closing of the concert.
