Debut of New Version of CCB’s Online Fund Business Functions

Published time:2007-12-24

With the launching of CCB’s new version of online fund business functions on December 14th 2007, fund transactions made via CCB’s online banking will be faster and more convenient.

In this new version, service hours for fund business on the internet channel have been prolonged, more varieties of investment information are provided and personalised investment comparisons and analyses are offered.  Moreover, the streamlined and personalised operating process is now more user-friendly and would significantly enhance client operating experience.

Compared to the previous version, this new version of online banking fund business functions has made improvements in the following areas:

Richer service functions: Other than making improvements to 30+ functions, more than 10 functions have been added, eg, in fund comparisons, funds to watch, fund investment schemes, fund swapping and booking, etc, thereby substantially increasing service coverage.  The availability of booking, in particular, meets the requirement of a lot of customers for round-the-clock investment services.

Simpler and friendlier menu: The new pull-down list of the Level 2 menu allows table form display of webpages on the one hand and quick access by customers to the desired transaction pages through functional links on the other.

More personalised process design: A personalised model of online investment services is provided by the new addition of blocks such as “My Funds”, “Fund Transactions”, “Fund Settings” and “Fund Analysis”.  This way, information on the funds invested by a client, information and prices of funds on sale, information on transactions and custody can all be consolidated in one webpage for easy reference.  What is more, settings for fund investment schemes and funds to watch are allowed.

Cross-distribution of functions: By clicking on the “Buy”, “Sell”, “Swap” and “Fixed” icons, customers can gain quick and easy access to transaction interphases for the subscribing, redeeming, swapping or fixed interval-fixed amount investment of funds.

Your using and experiencing these new functions are welcome!
