Notice on Written Examination per Recruitment of Professionals by CCB e-Banking Beijing Centre

In accordance with the workflow for recruitment of professionals by CCB e-Banking Beijing Centre, details of the written examination are given as follows:

1.    Time & Subjects of Written Examinations

The written examinations will be held on November 18th 2007 (Sunday) with the following specific scheduling:

Morning: 0900-1100h—Integrated skill Test

Afternoon: 1330-1630h—Professional knowledge Test

2.    Venue

The written examinations will be held at Taipingqiao Middle School, Beijing (Address: 19 Xikezhan Nan Road, Fengtai District)

3.    Candidates for the Written Examinations

Applicants qualified for the examinations have already been notified by CCB 95533 customer service representatives via phone calls.  They are requested to arrive at the examination venue at the time and place as specified.

We regret that no notification will be given to applicants who are not qualified for the written examinations.

4.    Notes on Attending the Written Examinations

4.1     Candidates sitting for the written examinations should bring along their own identity card to the examination venue.  On entering a venue, a candidate should follow the instructions of the invigilators, take his/her designated seat and place his/her identity card at the upper left corner of the desk for verification by invigilators.

4.2     Candidates should enter the venue 15 minutes before the examination time.  No entry will be allowed into the examination venue 30 minutes after the start of the examination.  Late comers will be disqualified.

4.3     Candidates should bring along their own stationery including pencils, erasers, blue or black pens, etc.

4.4     During the written examinations, please observe the disciplines in the venue and keep quiet.  No books, notebooks, paper, mobile phones, pagers, electronic calculators, PDAs or any other communication or recording equipment into an examination venue.  Candidates may not leave an examination venue without the consent of the invigilators.  They will be disqualified from the examinations once violation of examination disciplines or cheating is detected.


4.5     If an examination paper is found damaged or illegible, or if there is any doubts on its contents, candidates should raise their hands and report to the invigilators and should not consult with other candidates.

4.6     Answers should be written on the answer sheets.  Answers written on question papers are not valid.

4.7     Turning in of answer sheets will only be allowed 30 minutes after the start of an examination.  In turning in one’s examination paper, a candidate should leave it flat on the desk and raise his or her hand to signal to the invigilators and should only leave the examination venue with their consent.

4.8     At the end of an examination, the invigilators will give notification to the candidates to stop writing.  Candidates should follow the arrangements of the invigilators and should only leave the examination venue after the invigilators have finished collecting and counting up all the examination papers and answer sheets.  They should not delay turning in their examination paper and answer sheets on any pretext nor should they make loud noises.

4.9     Candidates should not take any examination paper or draft notes away from the examination venue.

4.10   Candidates should show due respect to the staff at the examination venue and should self-consciously comply with the examination regulations.  They should dress properly, have a tidy appearance and maintain a good attitude.

5.    Others

All candidates will be served lunch by CCB.
